The San Rafael Hospital and the El Viso quarter are just a few meters from the apartment.

The Metro lines 8, 9 and 10 are nearest the apartments, with line 8  arriving in just a few minutes at IFEMA or  the airport,  line 9 will take you directly to the District of Salamanca in just 3 stations, with line 10 taking 10 minutes to arrive in the historical centre of Madrid.
